Monday lunchtime, and that is all

One class a week, Monday from 12:30 to 13:30. The brevity is deliberate: an hour you can take between two days without rearranging your life.

Laura teaches it. For her, pilates is as much introspection as exercise: posture, conscious breathing, alignment, mobility. You gain core strength and the aches ease.

Low impact, which changes everything

Nothing jumps and nothing jars. This is the class we point people towards when they are starting again after a long break, after a locked back, after a pregnancy — and also people who run a lot and have never worked their core.

"All levels" means here what it says: the exercises are set to the person, not the other way round.

Practical

Mats are provided. Bring a bottle of water and soft clothes. You work barefoot or in socks, on the oak floor of the main room.
