Dancing in heels: the technique, the presence, and the confidence that comes with it. One Sunday a month, two hours with Elena Gambardella, a pioneer of heels in Belgium. No experience needed.

The timetable
A class costs 35 credits, or €13 when you book ahead instead of €15 on the door. See the credit packs.
Heels is not something you fit into the last twenty minutes of a class: it needs a block. Two hours straight, one Sunday a month, so there is time to warm up properly, learn a whole routine and then actually dance it.
Elena Gambardella teaches it. She created the Heels & Confidence method, and her track record says the rest: X Factor, Eurovision, The Voice, Nike; Booba, Angèle, Oscar and the Wolf.
You come without knowing how to dance in heels; that is precisely what you come to learn. The first hour works on footing, balance and how you place the foot; the second puts all of that into a routine.
The class is not for women only. It is open to anyone who wants to dance in heels.
Heels you can stand in for ten minutes — not the highest pair in your wardrobe, the steadiest. A pair of trainers for the warm-up, water, and knee pads if you have them: there is floorwork in heels.
