Lunchtime, Friday, one hour

The slot says almost everything: 12:30 to 13:30, the last day of the week. This is a class for the European quarter — you come on your break, you go back to the office, and the week ends differently.

Ahmedy teaches it. He founded Latin Dance Evolution in 2016; his team has been competing at the World Bachata Masters since 2017.

Not a partner class, and not a fitness class

Afro-Latin Move is danced on your own: no partner needed. But it is not cardio in disguise either — the vocabulary comes from the Afro-Latin dances, and what you learn here works later on a dance floor.

It is often how people end up at salsa or bachata without having planned to.
