Zumba asks for nothing: no partner, no level, no routine to remember from one week to the next. You stand in the room, you follow, and after ten minutes you have forgotten you were watching yourself.
An hour, Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00 — right before the salsa classes, for anyone who wants to carry on.
Zumba is taught by Nastasia Van Loo, who is not attached to a school: she teaches under her own name. Payment therefore goes directly to her and the LDE card does not apply.
